Key Events

A reason to celebrate

Throughout the year, we host several marquee events in order to raise both awareness and financial support for our movement. These events have become nationally recognized and we look forward to hosting each one of them as a chance to celebrate both the past and the future of Special Olympics in Canada.

Give a Toonie. Share a Dream.

The annual campaign put on by Staples stores across the country.
This year’s  campaign will begin on May 3rd and finish May 25th

2014 marks the 10th Anniversary of JYSK’s partnership with Special Olympics in Canada.

Since 2007, JYSK has been running in-store campaigns to raise funds and increase awareness of Special Olympics so we can reach even more Canadians with an intellectual disability and their families. This year’s campaign will launch on August 30th  and run through to September 30 with proceeds going to support the growth of Special Olympics in communities across Canada.

Please visit your local JYSK store to donate.  click here for store listing http://www.jysk.ca/jysk-locations

Thank you JYSK for your ongoing support and dedication!

Limitless: The Special Olympics Gala

Highly anticipated and quite simply, unforgettable. This annual Toronto tradition is one of the city’s most popular, giving sports fans the chance to support an amazing cause, while mingling with some of our city’s, if not our country’s, sport heroes and legends. Now in it’s 32nd year, this year’s theme will celebrate the Limitless possibility of Special Olympics athletes.
