Youth - Community Programs

Programs for athletes ages 2-21

Special Olympics PEI launched Youth Programs in 2011 in an effort to reach even more Islanders with an intellectual disability. Sport programs are now offered for Islanders as young as 2 years of age.

Community Youth Programs

Central Region

Charlottetown Active Start / FUNdamentals

  • Mondays, 5:30-6:15 pm
  • Island Gymnastics Academy South Gym

Charlottetown Youth Multi Sport

  • Wednesdays, 5:30-6:15pm
  • St. Jean Elementary School

 

Prince County

Summerside Active Start / FUNdamentals

  • Tuesdays, 5:30-6:15pm
  • Summerside Boys and Girls Club

Tignish 5-Pin Bowling (all ages welcome)

  • Thursdays, 5:00-6:00 pm
  • Tignish Parish Center Lanes
  • Cost: $5 / person / week
Kings County

Montague Active Start / FUNdamentals

  • Saturdays, 12:00-1:00pm
  • Montague Intermediate School
