For members of Team Canada, their motto said it all: Dream. Commit. Achieve. Celebrate. And achieve they did! Winners of 125 medals. Owners of countless personal bests and one amazing world record. These proud ambassadors of the Maple Leaf took part in the 13th Special Olympics World Summer Games, the world’s largest sporting event last summer, in Athens, becoming the cause for celebration in hometowns across our nation.
