Bowling is one of Special Olympics Canada’s original sports and features the most registered athletes with 13,435 participants across the country.
260 athletes, coaches and support staff will be competing in the 5-pin bowling championships, represented by 11 provinces and territories.
150 athletes, coaches and support staff will be competing in the qualifying 10-pin event to represent Team Canada at the 2019 Special Olympic World Summer Games in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
